Had a very very good stay for a short holiday, glad I've chosen it. The location was nice and absolutely perfect, staff were especially helpful. Cafeteria Kan City Coffee located 4 km away was a nice surprise.

A good choice of great breakfast options. The room was new-fashioned and decent sized, the staff was accommodating! Marvellous and stunning spot next to convenient for hellfire pass and wonderful natural garden near the RIVER KWAI.

Location: marvellous and brilliant, just off the market, the Kanchanaburi must go and different activities.

that hotel was in a magnificent location, near river. it was also just off town centre, the flotting restaurant, and the garden area. the staff was attentive and the room well-appointed and stunning.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the deluxe room with garden views, everything was modern. The hotel was in an excellent location, to the temple near by. I've had a very good stay for a short holiday.

The place was clean with an extremely helpful and caring staff. The room was well-appointed and brand-new and the bathroom huge. The location was excellent, up to the bridge where there is plenty going on with easy access to a market and shops. Also, a famed Japanese rail bridge was 4 km away: )

Booked a room with brilliant views of the surrounding gardens. And beds were extremely comfy...

Recommend it as we enjoyed this hotel. Fantastic and beautiful place to stay, it has very welcoming staff who give excellant service. The food is excellent.

The location of this hotel is truly amazing, as it is just across the river from other restaurants, making it a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the main street in town. The close proximity to the bridge is also a huge plus. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of tasty options, and the view from some of the rooms is simply stunning.

One aspect of the hotel could use some improvement, but it is minor: some areas of the hotel could benefit from minor refurbishment to restore them to their former glory.

I checked in at night. Night shift staff was very nice. Room was good , clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast very very good .Garden view was very nice.

We need to call reception and ask the internet password. There is no minimart around the hotel.

Excellent hotel with a very good chinese restaurant, nice pool and a goog setting along the river Kwai. Very close to the 'Bridge'.

A nice size and absolutely stunning units with a fantastic view over the river. Absolutely perfect and excellent location near to beautiful gardens at the side of the River Kwai, the popular Kanchanaburi bridge on the river kwai, and River Kwai; easy check-in. Also, to a real restaurant than the two restaurants.

Good value and upgraded place with efficient staff who give excellant service. Magnificent and lovely location to an excellent museum. Based in a very relaxing area.

We loved the hotel's location right by the river, with stunning views and beautiful gardens to walk around. The staff, although with limited English, were extremely helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. The two swimming pools were well maintained and very pleasant. The hotel offered private tours which were excellent, with amazing tour guides and accommodating drivers. Additionally, the breakfast was great with a friendly and efficient staff.

All was perfect.

The location of the hotel and the grounds were unbelievable. You woke in the morning to the sound of birds, the river and distant peel of a Buddhist establishment at prayer. Truly magnificent. I was sorry my stay wasn't longer.

The bathroom could do with a make over even though it was more than adequate.
